MeenANA Wedding Studio — Terms & Conditions (Rewritten)


1. Introduction

Welcome to MeenANA Wedding Studio. By booking our photography services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the day of the session.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you cancel within 10 days of the scheduled session, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • To reschedule, please notify us at least 30 days before the session; rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • If unforeseen circumstances occur (for example, severe weather or illness), we will offer either a rescheduled date or a refund at our discretion.

4. Photography Session

  • Clients should arrive on time. Significant delays may result in a reduced shoot duration.
  • The photographer reserves the right to refuse to continue the session if a client is uncooperative or breaches studio policies.
  • Additional time requested on the day may incur extra charges.

5. Image Delivery & Editing

  • Final, edited images will be delivered within 15 days via your chosen method (online gallery, USB, prints, etc.).
  • Raw/unprocessed files are not provided.
  • Standard editing includes color correction, exposure/lighting adjustments, and minor retouching. Extensive retouching or special edits may incur additional fees.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • The photographer retains full copyright to all images.
  • Clients are granted personal-use rights for the images (e.g., personal prints, social sharing) but may not sell or commercially exploit images or create derivative works without written permission.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the photographer may use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

7. Model Release & Social Media Usage

  • By booking, you grant MeenANA Wedding Studio permission to use images from your session on our website and social media.
  • If you prefer your images not be used publicly, please notify us in writing prior to the session.

8. Liability & Indemnity

  • We are not liable for personal injury, accidents, or damage that occur during the session.
  • We are not responsible for files lost or damaged after delivery.
  • In the rare event of equipment failure, catastrophic data loss, or other issues that prevent delivery of images, our liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.

9. Force Majeure

  • If a session is prevented by events beyond our control (natural disasters, emergencies, pandemics, etc.), we will offer a reschedule or refund depending on the circumstances.
