  • Digital products, services, or downloadable content are non-refundable unless defective.

Items must be:

  • Unused, in original packaging with tags/labels attached.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
  • Not excluded (e.g., personalized/custom-made items, perishables).


3. Refund Process

  1. Request: Contact support@meenana.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We’ll email return instructions if eligible.
  3. Ship Back: Return the item to our warehouse (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
  4. Inspection: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after verifying the returned item.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
