For MeenANA application services (e.g., software, subscriptions, digital content):

• Delivery = Immediate access upon completed payment and account setup.
• No physical items will be shipped.

2. Access Timeline

• Instant Activation:
• Access is granted automatically within minutes of successful payment.
• Confirmation Email:
• You’ll receive login credentials and setup instructions at your registered email address.

*Check spam/promotions folders if not received within 15 minutes.*

3. Requirements for Access

Ensure you have:

• A stable internet connection.
• Compatible device (desktop/mobile) and browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
• Valid email address (used for account creation).

4. Troubleshooting Failed "Delivery"

If you don’t receive access:

1. Verify Payment Status: Check your bank/payment method for confirmation.
2. Check Email: Search for messages from no-reply@meenana.com or support@meenana.com.
3. Contact Support: Reach out within 24 hours at support@meenana.com with:

• Transaction ID
• Registered email address
• Screenshot of payment confirmation

5. License Activation (For Software/Subscriptions)

• Your license key (if applicable) will be visible in your MeenANA account dashboard.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle.

6. No Shipping Fees or Addresses

• No shipping costs apply (digital delivery only).
• Physical addresses are not required unless for billing/invoicing.

7. Contingencies

We are not responsible for access issues caused by:

• Incorrect/invalid email addresses provided by users.
• Payment processing failures (e.g., declined cards).
• User-side technical issues (e.g., firewall blocks, outdated OS).

8. Ownership

• Access to MeenANA services grants a non-transferable license for personal/non-commercial use.
• You do not own the software, code, or intellectual property.
